Welcome gallerist!

Gallery exhibition of metal prints
For galleries and working artists

Your work deserves to live on the wall, not the screen.

You built a body of work and a clientele who trust your eye. Let us become the lab behind it: metal prints your clients hang for a lifetime, produced in-house, shipped under your name.

The medium

A digital file is where the work ends. Metal is where it begins.

Your clients do not commission you for a folder of files. They commission you for something they can live with: a piece that holds the room, anchors a wall, and is still there for the next generation.

Dye-sublimation on aluminum gives the image a depth that paper and canvas physically cannot. The color is suspended in a clear layer above a white base, so light enters the surface, passes through, and reflects back out. The print appears to glow from within.

It is the difference between delivering a gallery proof and handing a client an heirloom.

The arrangement

You stay the artist. We become your lab.

A reseller arrangement built so the client relationship, the brand, and the margin all stay with you. We handle production and fulfillment, invisibly.

01
30%

A standing discount

A 30 percent reseller discount that holds on a single commissioned piece and scales the same on a full exhibition run. The spread between our cost and your retail is yours to set and keep.

02
Blind

White-label drop-ship

Proofs come to you. Finished work ships directly to your client, blind-labeled under your branding. Add your own thank-you cards to the box. We never appear.

03
Yours

The relationship stays yours

Singles or bulk, your name is the one on the work. We are infrastructure, not a competitor for your client. The artist of record never changes.

Why metal looks the way it does

The glow lives in the gap.

Vivid Metal Prints began as Image Wizards. Our original owner, Roger K. Laudy, helped shape modern dye-sublimation on aluminum before ChromaLuxe was even a brand name. The process we still use is the one he worked out years before the rest of the industry caught up.

The trick is the sandwich. An aluminum panel on the bottom, a white titanium dioxide coating above it, then a clear polymer layer on top. When the dyes sublimate, they travel down into the clear layer and stop, suspended above the white base. Light enters the surface, passes through the suspended color, reflects off the white, and exits back out. That is the depth paper and canvas cannot reproduce.

Every show I ever did, I put them on easels and leaned them back, and never used lighting. People said they have a light in them. Roger K. Laudy · Original Owner

The original process

Roger figured out the suspended-dye glow decades ago. We just kept building on it.

Why this is different

This is a partnership, not a checkout.

Most print services are a vending machine: upload, pay, hope. This is the opposite. You can be part of every print that carries your name, with a human on the other end who made it.

Proofing

Press proofs on real metal

Every pro order is proofed on actual metal before final production. Approved prints are kept in a master bin, so a reprint three years from now still matches the first.

Color

Adobe RGB, end to end

The colorspace is maintained through the entire pipeline in lossless formats. On a calibrated monitor, what you approve is what hangs on the wall.

Review

Files audited before printing

Lens dust, compression artifacts, soft pixelation, all flagged before anything reaches the press. We would rather hold a file than print a flaw under your name.

Access

Talk to the tech

Call an order in and you will often reach the actual studio technician who handled your file. Adjustments discussed directly. Answers in hours, not days.

Memory

Files retained five years and counting

Submit a client library once. Reorder by email. The clock resets with every order, so you are never re-uploading from the road.

Standard

A QC team paid to reject

A rolling streak of perfect prints unlocks team bonuses, and a single defect resets it. The incentive points toward sending nothing you would not sign.
